Dry-Cleaning

Detergent is sprayed on the carpet. An absorbent pad (bonnet) is rotated across the surface of the carpet. It absorbs the loosened soils into the pad.

Problem: Only the top 1/3 of the fibers are cleaned.

The microscopic contaminants in carpet soil cause health problems. This soil is so full of allergens that drug companies collect “dusting residue” from rug cleaning plants like ours to make allergen cultures.
